George Wimpey Homes have used Bitroc on a development of exclusive apartment homes in the picturesque town of Barnard Castle, County Durham.
The timber frames were manufactured by Murus and used Bitroc because of its thermal performance and its use of sustainable materials in the manufacturing process. During the construction of the houses, the timber frame erectors commented on how light the panels were in handling, but the Bitroc was still robust enough to take the knocks of every day site life.
